is located at 7339 NW Miami Ct.  In January 2010 we are expanding and will have over 17,000 sq ft of studio space.  The “quiet area” is 9000 sq ft of open studio space with AC, common lounge, 2 bathrooms, and an outdoor terrace.  Studios in this area begin at about 440 sq ft and can be increased in equal increments.  The more “industrial” area is 7500 sq ft located on the first floor with a large roll up door, full wall of windows and two bathrooms.  Studios is this area begin at about 500 sq ft and can be increased in equal increments. 

Both studio spaces shared well lit gated parking with secure automatic entry and are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  In both spaces the roof, electrical, plumbing and sprinklers systems are new. 

Rent begins as low as $300 including all utilities and increases accordingly as the sq. footage is increased.  Rent will be paid month to month on the 1st of each month. 

The space is currently open.  Artists may add walls if desired but any construction must be pre-approved to ensure the integrity of the space and flow. Artists are responsible for securing their own materials and work.
